Only approved vendors and sponsors may promote products or services. No flyers, stickers, or promotion of outside events without permission.
Respect Boundaries & Personal Space
Please be mindful of personal boundaries and do not touch artwork, motorcycles, or displays without permission.
Dress Respectfully
Like our neighbours at the True Blue Tattoo Show,
we have a “No MC club colors” policy.
Please respect that Matchlight is a family-friendly show in a fun and neutral environment.
Zero Tolerance for Hate or Aggression
Any form of hatred, discrimination, racism, harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Respect Diversity
Matchlight was created as a diverse and inclusive show.
Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or identity of any kind will result in removal from the event.
Accessibility Notice
We sincerely apologize that our venue is not fully wheelchair accessible. Due to the building layout and the absence of an elevator, access to the upstairs area may be difficult or impossible for some visitors.
Personal Belongings
Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
The show is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Pets
We strongly advise leaving pets at home.
The venue can become crowded and noisy and may not be safe or comfortable for animals.
If you do bring a dog, please keep them leashed, carried, or outside the venue when appropriate.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.
Please use designated outdoor smoking areas.
No Illegal Substances
The use or sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the show.

We reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove, anyone at any time without explanation or refund if their behavior negatively affects the atmosphere, safety, or experience of others.
Entry, Filming & Liability
By entering Matchlight, all visitors acknowledge and accept these house rules and event policies.
Entry to the venue and participation in the event is entirely at your own risk. Matchlight, its organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors, and venue partners cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, theft, loss, or accidents that may occur during the event.
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the show for promotional, archival, and media purposes. By entering the venue, you grant Matchlight permission to use images and footage in which you may appear for marketing, social media, press, and promotional use without compensation.
Professional photography, filming, interviews, or commercial content creation are not permitted without prior approval from Matchlight organizers.
Anyone who does not comply with the house rules or staff instructions may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund.
